Michael Asher Dagnan (CRD #4060750, Registered Representative, Arlington, Texas, formerly licensed with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.) was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. The sanction was based on findings that Dagnan failed to respond to FINRA requests for information regarding allegations that he had engaged in a pattern of selling life insurance policies that subsequently lapsed or were cancelled due to non-payment, and Dagnan failed to refund $318,000 in commissions he received.
