Newbridge Securities Corporation (CRD #104065, Fort Lauderdale, Florida) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent in which the firm was censured and fined $20,000. Without admitting or denying the findings, the firm consented to the described sanctions and to the entry of findings that it failed to provide material information to customers by negligently permitting its registered representatives to sell securities in private placement offerings to customers using private placement memoranda that omitted material facts.
