As it relates to these respondents, it is alleged that Ms. Bosken violated the legal and assumed duties and responsibilities that she owned to the client by not (a) recommending suitable transactions, (b) implementing an appropriate investment strategy for the client, (c) puting into place appropriate protective measures to defend the accounts' assets from risk of loss and, (d) did not monitor the accounts as it was agreed that she and the company would do.
