Advantage Metals LLC, Advantage Metal Advisers LLC and Advantage Metals Holdings LLC

Advantage Metals, L.L.C., a/k/a and d/b/a Advantage Metal Advisers, L.L.C., and Advantage Metals Holdings, L.L.C., had previously filed a Verified Voluntary Petition for Appointment of a Receiver, which request was granted on June 6, 2011. A copy of the court’s order appointing the receiver may be viewed by following the highlighted link.

At the hearing, David Hoines, Esq., the attorney for the company, was appointed the receiver. Mr. Hoines was instructed by the court to send a notice to all customers of the companies that he is able to identify. Apparently, this is because the financial records of the companies are in very poor shape and may not reflect an accurate list of firm clients or the amounts that clients paid to or received back from the firms.
