On April 4, 2012, the Commission announced the issuance of an Order of Suspension Pursuant to Rule 102(e)(2) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice against Bryan N. Polozola, CPA (Order). The Order finds that Bryan N. Polozola (Polozola) is licensed as a certified public accountant in Texas and New York. The Order also finds that on March 26, 2012, Polozola was convicted of one count of making false statements to Commission staff during investigative testimony in violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง 1001, before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, in United States v. Bryan N. Polozola, No. 1:11-cr-00374-RLW. In addition, the Order finds that Polozola was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to serve 200 hours of community service and to pay an assessment in the amount of $100.

Based on the above, the Commission forthwith suspended Polozola from appearing or practicing before the Commission.
