On September 19 2019, William C. Conway, Jr., originally of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Steven Schrag, originally of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, had a final judgment entered against them, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $771,350 for fraud and deceit in the case styled Michael Conville, Joseph Gilmore and Beacon Construction Group, Inc. v. William C. Conway, Jr. , Steve Schrag et al, Case No. 12-33381, filed in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida.

The final judgment was based upon a unanimous jury verdict which found Willian C. Conway, Jr. and Steven Schrag, among other defendants, guilty of fraud in the inducement, negligent misrepresentation in the inducement and conspiracy to defraud.  The judgment was predicated upon an alleged gold (precious metals scam) which originated in Africa.

On October 10th 2019, a final judgment in the amount of $46,000 was entered against Christophe Brayer, Oliver Chauve, Euro Global Distribution, LLC. and International Distribution Group, LLC. in favor of EGD Investment, LTD and MSS International Consultants (BVI) LTD in the case no. 2017-027394 filed in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.  As of the date of this post, the final judgment has not  been satisfied and the full amount, with interest is still owed.  If you would like to review the final judgment, please click on the hyperlink labeled final judgment.

Final Judgment for $258,508.52 Entered Against James Burbage, Marni Burbage, Frank Gaudino, Sean Stropp and Lloyds Asset Management, LLC. by the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida.

On August 12, 2015, the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida entered a Final Judgment against James Burbage, Marni Burbage, Frank Gaudino, Sean Stropp and Lloyds Asset Management, LLC. for $258,508.52 that is to bear interest at the legal rate authorized by Florida law.  As of the date of this notice, the judgment remains unsatisfied, with the same having been filed with the Florida Department of State, Judgment Lien Registery and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

On April 29, 2009, a Final Judgment for $49,285.42 that was to bear interest at the legal rate of law per year was entered against Larry Morris and Win – Win Seminars, Inc., in the Cirucit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit and and for Palm Beach County, Florida., Case No. 07-5054. The final judgment remains unsatisfied.

The Plaintiffs have docketed the same with the State of Florida Judgment Lien Registery.

Final Summary Judgment for $26,052 entered against Percival Phillips by the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida.

On November 4, 2010, a Final Summary Judgment for $26,052 that was to bear interest at the rate of 6% per year was entered against Percival Phillips in the Cirucit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit and and for Broward County, Florida., Case No. 06-07541.  The judgment remains unsatisfied. 

The Plaintiffs have recorded this judgment in the public records of Broward County, Florida and have docketed the same with the State of Florida Judgment Lien Registery. 

Amended Final Judgment For $159,556.24 Entered Against Allan Niskar, Tim Cavender, Richard Onorato, Christina Onorato and Greenwich Financial, Inc.

On October 30, 2015, the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida granted the Plaintiff’s Motion For Summary Judgment, for Fraud in the Inducement, against Greenwich Financial, Inc., Richard Onorato, Christina Onorato, AllanNiskar and Tim Cavender, and entered an Amended Final Judgment against these parties, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $159,556.24, which sum will continue to bear interest at the Florida statutory rate.

This amended judgment has been docketed with the Florida Judgment Lien Register and has been recorded in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida. 

Final Judgment for $270,025.00 Entered Against Mitchell (Mitch) Pasin by United States Bankruptcy Court on September 25, 2015.

On September 25, 2015, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division, in Adv. Pro. No. 10-03712-PGH-A entered a final judgment in favor of Indigo Lakes, LLC and against Mitchell (Mitch) Pasin in the amount of $270,025.00 that is to bear interest at the legal rate authorized by Florida law. 

As of the date of this notice, the judgment remains unsatisfied, with the same having filed with the Florida Department of State, Judgment Lien Registery and with a certified copy of the judgment being recorded in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
